Abstract

In Russia, in a market economy, the effective use of human resources is of particular importance, which has a direct impact on the efficiency and competitiveness of any enterprise. Staff plays a fundamental role in the activities of a modern organization. In this article the feature of development of the personnel potential of the organizations working in the trade sphere, its features is considered. The General principles of human resources development are analyzed and the most significant of them are highlighted
