COMPETITION BETWEEN ROME AND CARTHAGE
Abstract
This article explores the theoretical foundations of competition between Rome and Carthage. Based on the results of the analysis, proposals and recommendations aimed at increasing both Carthage and Rome pursued aggressive foreign policy.
