Through the findings of the investigation, the researchers were able to arrive at a number of conclusions that demonstrated the correctness of the majority of their hypotheses. According to the findings of the study, it is recommended that the tourism and travel companies that were surveyed in the Al-Najaf Governorate be encouraged to develop a current vision that guarantees their continued existence and survival in a manner that is proportionate and adapted to the environment in which they operate, as well as their capacity to absorb and contain the changes that occur within them. The presence of this environment helps to improve the performance of the overall organization.
