The current study aims to identify the role of organizational architecture through its dimensions represented by (organizational structure, organizational culture, technology, and strategic plan) in enhancing organizational flourishing, according to its dimensions represented by (innovation, intellectual capital, organizational agility, and competitive advantage) at the College of Administration and Economics, Tikrit University. The study adopted the descriptive-analytical approach to present its details, analyze its data, and test its hypotheses in order to reach its results. Data were collected through a questionnaire distributed to a random sample of (135) faculty members, selected from a population of (207) faculty members. The data obtained from thes sample were analyzed using several statistical methods (SPSS Ver. 24), which was employed to apply a number of statistical methods, such as the arithmetic mean, standard deviation, Pearson correlation coefficient, regression coefficient based on ordinary least squares, and hierarchical regression to test the variance in hierarchical importance and determine the individual contribution of each dimension. The study reached a number of conclusions based on and interpreted through the empirical findings. Among these findings, there was a strong, positive, and statistically significant correlation between organizational architecture and organizational flourishing at both the overall level and the dimensional level, according to the results of the correlation test (R) and its statistical significance. This indicates that an increase in the level of availability of the dimensions of organizational architecture is accompanied by an increase in the level of organizational flourishing and its dimensions. The procedures adopted and underlying organizational architecture, which sought to reduce the gap between organizational structures, processes, and the adopted technology, were associated with enhancing organizational flourishing at the level of the college under study. It was also found that organizational architecture had a strong, positive, and statistically significant effect on organizational flourishing at the overall level and a good effect at the level of the sub-dimensions, according to the results of regression analysis. This indicates that the college works to consolidate organizational processes and achieve a high level of integration and responsiveness to changes in the surrounding environment, given its adoption of technology in these processes, its efforts to educate faculty members about it, and its development of a strategic plan to improve it in a manner that enhances organizational flourishing within the college under study. The added value of this study lies in establishing a link between organizational architecture and organizational flourishing within an academic field, while seeking to move away from traditional processes in task execution toward more effective organizational processes by linking them with information technology, thereby improving performance and increasing the speed of response and adaptability to the rapid developments in the work environment in a manner that achieves organizational flourishing for the college.
