Assessment of physical fitness of 17-18 year old players through pedagogical tests
Abstract
The higher level should be organized in accordance with the requirements of the present-day sport, not only by changing the methods and tools used in the training process, but also by applying the individual principle of co-ordination of each athlete's abilities and capabilities.
