ESTABLISHMENT OF LOCAL GOVERNMENTS IN UZBEKISTAN SSR (1925–1927)

Abstract

This article covers the organization and activities of local government bodies of Uzbekistan from regional, uyezd, village soviets in the Uzbekistan SSR. It analyzed the role of local Soviets in the movement "land-water reform", "Hujum", carried out by Soviet power. The electoral system in the local government area, their structure has been revealed.
