Maktabgacha Ta’lim Tashkilotlari Tarbiyachilarining Kasbiy Kompetentsiyalarini Rivojlantirish
Abstract
Maqolada bola tarbiyasida e’tibor qaratish zarur bo‘lgan jihatlar, maktabgacha ta’lim muassasalarida tarbiyachilarning faoliyati va ularning kompetendsiyalari hamda ularni rivojlantirish borasidagi fikrlar keltirib o‘tilgan. Maktabgacha ta’lim muassasalarida tarbiyachining roli, bola tarbiyasida ular qo‘llagan usul va metodlarni ahamiyati borasida so‘z boradi.
